About Valukoda
We provide IT consulting and managed services with True CIO™ and True CISO™ executive leadership. Our leaders have served as CIOs at major companies, and we apply that executive experience to growing businesses who need strategic technology guidance, not just technical support.
We are headquartered in Dallas and serve clients throughout the DFW Metroplex—from the Uptown financial district to the North Dallas Tollway corporate corridor, from Legacy West in Plano to The Star district in Frisco, from the Richardson Telecom Corridor to Las Colinas. We also serve clients nationwide through our remote-first delivery model but can provide onsite support outside of DFW as needed.
For managed services, typically 10 to 500 employees, though we serve organizations outside that range. Our ideal clients have outgrown basic IT support but do not need or cannot justify a full internal technology executive team. They view technology as strategic and want a partner who thinks accordingly.
For consulting services, we have clients that range from well funded startups to Fortune 50 organizations.

Working With Us
We provide a Fixed-Fee Managed Model—a single, predictable monthly investment that replaces your entire IT department's overhead. No hourly billing. No surprise fees.
Your fee is based on headcount and scales with your business. It includes True CIO™ strategic leadership and True CISO™ security oversight by default.
We charge a one-time onboarding fee that reflects the real investment required to bring you up to Valukoda standards: proper documentation, security baseline, system optimization, team training. We are completely upfront about this cost from the first conversation because hiding fees is what cheap MSPs do.
Our model creates aligned incentives: we win when your systems are so stable you never need to call us. We profit from your uptime, not your problems. That changes how we approach everything.
We do not do "Bronze, Silver, Gold" tiers where security and strategy are expensive add-ons. Every client gets the full Valukoda approach.

It depends on the engagement. Emergency situations can begin within hours. Planned engagements typically start within 2-4 weeks after agreement, allowing time for proper onboarding and knowledge transfer.
We take ownership. When issues occur, and they will, we communicate proactively, take responsibility for what is in our control, and focus on resolution rather than blame. We do not hide behind SLAs or make excuses. Our success depends on your success, and we act accordingly.
Regular scheduled touchpoints (weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on engagement), plus on-demand availability for urgent matters. You will have direct access to the people doing the work, not a call center. We use whatever communication tools you prefer, we adapt to you.
